Ms. Milnor has a distinguished career in securities law, white-collar investigations, and government inquiries. She draws on her SEC experience to advise financial industry participants (both corporate and individual) and whistleblowers on high-stakes regulatory and enforcement matters. Ms. Milnor’s expertise includes whistleblower programs at the SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, and the Department of Justice, as well as navigating complex investigations involving multiple government entities with overlapping jurisdictions. She brings over a decade of experience as a senior attorney at the SEC, where she served as Assistant Secretary, worked in the General Counsel’s Office, and contributed to the Division of Enforcement. From soon after the SEC whistleblower program’s inception, Ms. Milnor advised the Commission on applicants’ eligibility for whistleblower awards and helped shape the program’s early development.
